If you have any problems finding a booking time that works for you please consider using the waitlist function (at the bottom of the booking pages) or contact our office by phone 250.474.6361 and leave a message with your availability to be added to the waitlist, after creating a patient booking profile.

Daily office hours are updated on our phone message, each morning after 10am.

Please note late cancellations (within 24hrs) or missed appointments are charged a $85 missed appointment fee. If you no longer need your appointment, please kindly notify us prior to this time OR cancel your scheduled appointment in the online booking system prior to 24 hrs. Thank you.

Extended health plans may cover a portion of your consultation fees. We may be able to direct bill your plan for the consultation portion of your visit. Lab work is not covered by MSP, please check with your health plan for your individual coverage amounts. Dr Janine Fraser ND is a licensed and claimable naturopathic doctor in British Columbia, and can treat patients WITHIN the Province of BC. In person and secure video call appointments are available.

Dr Fraser CH ASc BSc ND, originally completed nine years of formal post secondary education, including four years spent training at naturopathic college (www.binm.org). Prior to being licensed to practice as a naturopathic doctor since the fall of 2007.

She has been practicing as a full time ND in Langford since 2008. She opened West Shore Family Naturopathic Ltd., she is thankful for all of the kind referrals from previous and current patients. “I love practicing in the Westshore and am thankful for all of the kind patients who we have had the privilege to serve over the years.”

Her goal is meeting the needs of each patient and providing safe and effective care. We welcome everyone from infants, (7 weeks and up), children and families, to the most complex chronic cases needing adjunctive care.

Some patients are looking for primary care and prescription refills, while others come for complimentary care and to have Dr Fraser as part of their healthcare team.

In addition to her N.D. credential Dr Fraser also holds a Chartered Herbalist Diploma from Dominion Herbal College (www.dominionherbalcollege.com), an Associate of Science Degree (biology) from Camosun College (www.camosun.ca) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Victoria (www.uvic.ca), where she focused on life sciences, botany, and premed electives, graduating “With Distinction” in 2002. She continues to stay on top of current science with frequent regular continuing education.

Dr Fraser treats a variety of non-urgent, acute and chronic conditions and works with her patients to identify and treat the underlying cause of their health issues. She treats a variety of patients of all ages. Proudly practicing in Langford for over 18+ yrs.
